However, we understand that sometimes situations arise where you may not be completely satisfied with the service provided. To address such concerns fairly and transparently, we have established the following refund policy.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the grooming service you or your pet received, please notify us within 3 days from the date of the appointment. This timeframe allows us to investigate your concern thoroughly and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Any requests for refunds or complimentary services made after this period may not be eligible for consideration.

To request a refund, we kindly ask that you provide detailed information about your dissatisfaction, including the date of service, the nature of the problem, and any supporting photos if applicable. This helps us understand the issue clearly and work towards a suitable resolution. Upon receiving your request, our customer service team will promptly review the information and, if needed, arrange a follow-up appointment to assess your pet’s condition or the results of the grooming service.

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

• If the grooming service did not meet the agreed-upon specifications or service description.
• If there was a clear error or omission during the grooming process that negatively impacted the outcome.
• If any equipment failure or staff oversight contributed to an unsatisfactory grooming experience.

Please note the following important points regarding our refund policy:

• Refunds will not be issued if the dissatisfaction is due to your pet’s behavior or health conditions that were not disclosed before the grooming appointment.
• If your pet was groomed or treated by another grooming service provider after our service, this may affect refund eligibility.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we determine that the complaint is unfounded or was made in bad faith.
• Any grooming styles or special requests must be clearly communicated before the appointment. Refunds will not apply if the final grooming style differs due to unclear or last-minute instructions.

In the event that a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment within 3 days of approval. Alternatively, we may offer a complimentary re-grooming session or a discount on a future appointment, at our discretion.
